Vasily manages Skolkovo Ventures since May, 2017.
Before that, since December 2011, he held the position of Energy Efficiency Cluster Executive Director in Skolkovo Foundation. In May 2013 he was also appointed as the Acting Senior Vice President for Development and Commercialization. Since 2009 he has been a member of the working group “Energy Efficiency” of the Presidential Committee for Modernization and Technological Development of the Russian Economy. Since November 2009 Vasily was in charge of the project office “Energy Efficiency” of this Committee. Before that, since 2006 Vasily Belov held CEO position, member of Board of Directors, in Fosbourne Home, one of the first large credit brokers in the Russian market. In 2004 and 2006 Vasily worked for McKinsey, specializing on strategic consulting projects in metallurgy and banking. In 2001-2002 Vasily worked for IBS, after in RUSAL where he headed the New Projects Department in the Aluminum Division.
He graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics and got MBA degree in American Institute of Business and Economics (AIBEc), also took a course in Executive Management & Leadership at Cambridge Business School.
Vladimir is responsible for managing the investment banking team of the company.
Before joining the Skolkovo he worked as investment director in the venture investments department of VTB Capital, where he was involved in more than 15 venture deals in Russia, the United States and the EU, including participation in syndicates with leading international venture funds (Sequoia Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, Google Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures). Several portfolio companies were brought to the stage of a successful “exit” by Vladimir (M&A and MBO in Russia, IPO on NASDAQ, M&A in the US).
He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology Faculty of Innovation and High Technologies and New Economic School under the Master of Finance program.
Dmitry is responsible for M&A deal structuring and private placements, he has participated in a large number of deals with technological companies. Before joining Skolkovo Ventures, Dmitry worked at investment-banking consulting company Advance Capital, where he participated in execution of several deals with small and medium-sized companies. Prior to joining Advance Capital, Dmitry worked at investment boutique and private equity firm IBRG Capital. He focused on execution of M&A transactions with companies in food retail and media industries. The previous experience included several engineering positions in Aerospace industry.
Dmitry graduated from NES and Bauman State Technical University.
Stanislav is responsible for Ecosystem Development in Skolkovo Ventures.
Started his career in KPMG in corporate finance for 5 years he has extensive consulting experience in corporate finance and business valuation. Has operational experience on executive positions in internet industry in Fast Lane Ventures and Viamedix Fund. Was Strategy and Corporate Development Director in major global advertising holding Dentsu Aegis Network in Russia. Had been launching an OTT online video platform ShowJet in Russia in the role of CFO. Worked in Nielsen backed VC fund in Israel.
Stanislav graduated Sofaer International MBA in Tel Aviv University, has BSc and MSs degrees in Strategic and Corporate Management at National Research University – Higher School of Economics (Russia).
Andrey is focused on business development and execution of M&A transactions, strategic advisory, raising debt and equity capital.
He has more than 10 years of investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Skolkovo Ventures, he served as VP at Otkritie Bank, a TOP-5 bank in Russia, and was involved in establishing of asset management company with the main investment focus on special situation projects, restructurings and exit financings.
Before that, Andrey worked in Oaklins, the global mid-market investment banking advisor, and was responsible for searching of new business opportunities on Russian market. With more than 20 closed investment banking deals, he has strong execution skills and in-depth expertise in corporate finance.
Andrey graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
Grigoriy is managing capital raising projects for companies in information technologies sector.
Prior to joining Skolkovo Ventures, Grigoriy worked at industrial investment holding company ROEL Group and financial corporation IFC Metropol, where as a Director of Investment Banking Department, he managed strategic development of portfolio assets. Before that, he worked for over 16 years in senior management positions in investment banking firms in New York, including Newbridge Securities, Rodman & Renshaw, and Maxim Group, where he managed financing transactions with the aggregate volume in excess of $1 billion. Grigoriy has substantial experience with implementing a full spectrum of investment banking transactions, ranging from VC investments to cross-border M&A assignments, and IPOs on Nasdaq and Amex stock exchanges.
Grigoriy graduated from the department of foreign languages at Tula State Pedagogics Institute and received an MBA degree from the College of St. Rose, New York.
Victor is responsible for raising investment round in high-tech companies (PE&VC, M&A, debt-financing).
Prior to joining the company Victor worked at VTB Capital Asset Management, where he was engaged in business development of portfolio companies and searching for exit opportunities form existing assets. Victor successfully closed a number of M&A and MBO transactions, both in Russia and abroad. He started his career at Prostor Capital as an intern, and then as an analyst at a private venture fund, where he was responsible for investment analysis and evaluation of companies, markets and industrial trends.
Victor graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) in Applied Mathematics and Physics.
Kirill is responsible for a full-cycle of fund raising services at Skolkovo Ventures, starting from preparation of investment documentation package on down to deal terms negotiation and structuring.
Prior to joining Skolkovo Ventures, he was a part of such venture capital funds as Synergy Innovations, IIDF, Ingate VC.
Kirill holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto university nowadays).
Oleg seeks out and guides companies that wish to raise new financing rounds, as well as assists them throughout the whole investment process: from sourcing investors to deal closing.
Before joining the Skolkovo team, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays. He had also worked at the M&A Department of EY and the Investment Division of Rusnano.
Oleg holds an MSc degree in Financial Economics from the Higher School of Economics.
Mikhail is responsible for attracting private investments in high-tech companies.
He previously worked at Gazprombank in DCM, Ernst&Young, and Laser Solutions Holdings where he was responsible for business development in the Russian and foreign markets.
Mikhail holds a bachelor’s degree from the Higher School of Economics and the University of London.
Vladimir is responsible for Ecosystem Development in Skolkovo Ventures.
Prior to joining Skolkovo Ventures Vladimir worked at McKinsey&Company, where we was engaged in strategy development for telecom and energy corporations. He also worked at Winter Capital Advisors, where he was responsible for investment analysis of potential targets and for value generation for portfolio companies.
Vladimir holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Graduate School of Management SPSU and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of SPSU.
Pavel is responsible for venture capital fund’s management and cooperation with the Venture partners. Before joining Skolkovo Ventures, Pavel worked as investment director in VTB Capital, RBV Capital and Troika Dialog. He was involved in over 25 venture capital transactions including Troika Dialog investments in Evernote and iiko, RBV Capital’s exit from RetroSense Therapeutics via company acquisition by Allergan (NYCE:AGN), VTB Capital’s exit from Rolith via company acquisition by Metamaterial Technologies, he served as a Board member in iiko, Grid Dynamics, Avalanche Technology, Rolith and other startups. From 2003 till 2007 Pavel worked at A4Vision, a cross-border Russian-American startup where he was responsible for standardization of technology at ISO and managed several key accounts.
Pavel graduated with honors from MSU after M.V. Lomonosov and has a PhD degree in mathematics.
Pavel leads investment operations and investor relations at the Agriculture Technology fund managed by Skolkovo Ventures.
Previously Deputy Investment Director at ONEXIM Group, associate at M&A/IB Barclays Capital, co-founded 2 startups in agtech Maiaki, USA and Agrosputnik, Russia. Board member of agriholding UAI, RBC media, Quadra, Optogan, Profotech and Renaissance Credit

Her responsibilities includes preparation of reports of the venture funds and the investment management company performing, as well as an analysis of potential projects/deals.
She passed an internship in the Audit Department of financial organizations in the PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining the company, she worked for 3 years in the consulting company NEO Center JSC. She carried out valuation reports, business plans and investment memorandums to attract credit financing, presentations and other materials. Her skills includes DCF-modeling (for project financing, business valuation and strategy development), relative and net asset valuation, monitoring financial and operating company’s activity, industry and company analysis, financial analysis and risk analysis of the projects (financial, operational, tax and legal), marketing research in various sectors.

Sergey started his career as an analyst at RUSNANO. Prior to his joining Skolkovo, Sergey held the position of Investment manager of Polar Star Ventures and BioFund RVC focused on biotechnology.
He graduated from National University of Science and Technology (MISiS).
Kirill is an investment lawyer in a venture capital funds management team. He is responsible for a legal support of venture funds and venture transactions. Kirill has more than 10 years’ experience in legal consulting, private equity and asset management in companies such as Salans (now Dentons), Capital Group and VTB Capital Investment management.
Kirill graduated from Monash University (Melbourne, Australia) where he got a Master of Laws degree.
Natalia is head of back-office, responsible for providing full support of day-to day operations of the Company, including finance, accounting, tax, HR, legal and compliance.
Natalia has over 15 years of professional experience in finance, including 7 years in management positions in private equity and asset management. She started her career in 2002 in KPMG Moscow as external auditor, participating and supervising audit engagements of leading Russian oil and gas companies. Starting from 2006 she worked in internal finance, growing from Head of IFRS (Russian holding company with development, real estate and retail industry focus) to CFO (“Fleming Family & Partners”, international family office and asset management, and “Da Vinci Capital” private equity). The total assets under management she dealt with was over $500m.
Natalia graduated with honors from State University of Management (GUU), Moscow (Economics, anti-crisis management). She’s a fellow-member (FCCA) of Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2008 and has FSFR (Federal Financial Market Service) certificate 1.0.
Oleg provides general legal support for the Company`s activities.
Prior to joining Skolkovo Ventures worked in Bashneft, where he was engaged on corporate governance issues and development of the best international practices in this area. With his participation, the company became the best in the corporate governance in Russia, and the company’s Annual report was recognized as the World Top-100.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of investment transactions and corporate governance.
Graduated from the Russian Law Academy with a degree in Civil Law and the Financial University with a degree in Financial Management.
Maria is responsible for management of administrative staff and corporate communications
Maria has ten years of successful executive experience in property management, corporate management, corporate communications, administrative management in holding Russian Railways. She was involved in important investment projects including international projects. Recognized for her services by numerous industry awards.
Maria graduated with honors from the Baikal National University of Economics and Law, Faculty of Law, State and International Law.
